1、 Product Introduction and Usage
The feed axis of the milling machine is controlled by X, Y, and Z coordinates, and the spindle is driven by variable frequency (servo) power. It can achieve one-time clamping of various complex parts such as disks, plates, shells, cams, molds, etc., and complete various processes such as drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, (tapping), etc. It is suitable for the production of multiple varieties and small to medium batches of parts, and can better demonstrate its superiority in the processing of complex and high-precision parts.
2、 Main structural features
1. The main foundation components such as the base, slide, worktable, column, and spindle box are made of high rigidity cast iron structure, ensuring the high rigidity and bending and shock absorption performance of the foundation components; The basic components are molded with resin sand and undergo aging treatment to ensure the accuracy and stability of the machine tool for long-term use, providing a guarantee for the reliability of the machine tool performance.
2 X. The Y and Z direction guide rails are both rectangular guide rails, and the guide rail surface is coated with wear-resistant guide rail plastic without frictional resistance of feed motion, without low-speed crawling phenomenon, which improves the accuracy and service life of the machine tool;
3 X. The Y and Z directions are fed using high-precision and high-strength ball screws from well-known brands, with high feed rates and high positioning accuracy of the machine tool;
4 X. The Y and Z direction guide rails and lead screws are all enclosed and protected to ensure the cleanliness of the lead screws and guide rails, and to ensure the transmission and motion accuracy of the machine tool;
5. The external protection of the machine tool adopts a fully enclosed structure design, which is safe and reliable; A semi protective structure can be selected.
6. The machine tool operating system is designed based on ergonomic principles, making it easy to operate;
7. Adopting advanced centralized manual lubrication device, stable and reliable operation;
8. The machine tool is equipped with well-known domestic and foreign brand CNC systems, and can be optionally equipped with imported famous CNC control systems. It has complete functions, easy operation, stable accuracy, and reliability;
